Operations Analyst
Emily Ferlo joined Bourne Partners in the fall of 2022. In addition to supporting the team’s daily operational needs, she is focused on evaluating and overseeing the company’s policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance and efficiency, leading to optimal business performance and success.
Prior to joining Bourne Partners, Emily worked exclusively in customer service management and mental healthcare. Mental health still serves as a passion of hers, and she continues to practice counseling on a part time basis.
Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, two cats, friends, and family. Some of her favorite hobbies include reading, cooking, traveling, and hiking.
