Bruce Montgomery is a results driven executive with a strong history of developing high performing teams, developing new revenue streams, nurturing & growing brands, enhancing brand and corporate profitability, and is highly accomplished in the process of new product development. He has had executive responsibility for national sales, marketing, trade marketing, new product development, and business development teams. His experience also includes past responsibility for the marketing, sales, and business development efforts in Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and several key Latin American markets.
Bruce has worked closely with investment banks, private equity firms, and other professional services providers on mergers and acquisition activities ranging from single brands to entire companies. He has realized success in both the consumer packaged goods and the consumer finance industries. During the course of his career, Bruce has managed and directed national advertising, promotion, and other marketing services suppliers in pursuit of business building campaigns and programs. He has experience managing national brokers, 3PL partners, and call centers. He also played a key role in the sale process of Fleet Laboratories to private equity in 2014.
Bruce is a respected and involved executive within the HBA/OTC/grocery industry. He is a creative leader who works with the leading retailers in the USA to find “win-win” solutions. Bruce believes these solutions are always possible when retailers and manufacturers focus on effectively meeting the needs of the end consumer.
